Bonding
with your boss is very important and it is important to be transparent with
your boss whether your work in a recruitment firm or in a big
organization. Employees need to maintain certain distance relationship and
should speak to the boss keeping in mind the status and standard. It not only

- Never disclose your personal intention, goals and struggles to your boss even if your boss insist to hear. Remember your problems are only yours and you are the one to deal with.
- Boss can have expectation from you which is quite normal, but you cannot directly evaluate the boss principles or decisions and even keep expectations from him.

want to create a good bond with your boss. After all, you are here to show your
excellence, potential and you do not want to achieve any accolade on the verge
of any mercy. Right! Then you should keep a safe distance with confidence and
employee attitude so at the end of the day you receive good words on your
personality and work.

sure that too much oiling to boss will always land you in a big problem and this
is not really a good sign in your career growth rather you should focus on your
goals in the professional life and always try to achieve those goals which will
