Getting support for your project is a great thing for any employee. Project manager also needs an equal support from the executive supportive sponsor. Having a promotion of the project is definitely a get way to achieve success and in the industry studies. The success is also depended on this factor and you should definitely work with your sponsors to get a positive vibe in your work not only to accomplish the job, but also to manage a team.
